At 2PM under the August sun, I found myself at Salento in Thessaloniki — a cozy Italian spot with serious flavor. I started with a fresh Caesar salad, crisp and well-balanced, then dove into their Salentina Bolognese — slow-cooked meat sauce over perfectly al dente pasta, rich with southern Italian soul 🇮🇹. Every bite hit the sweet spot between comfort and craft. A laid-back lunch with serious taste.
